This is our largest room. Approximately 12m x 10m 120sqm(upstairs)

Studio 1

This includes the hatch to the Kitchen. 

Approximately 9m x 7m 63sqm

Studio 2

Approximately 7m x 5.5m 38.5sqm

Studios 1 and 2 can be hired together and the partition wall opened to give a room Approximately 14.5m x 7m 101sqm
