When submitting a booking form please ensure you have the correct rooms and times you require. Availability can be checked by going to the What's On and Events page and scrolling through the Calendar.
Once a booking form has been submitted you will recieve a automated reply with a link to edit you booking, this is the only way it can be changed. please keep this email untill after your booking  date has completed. We cannot change the booking. A new booking form will be required to make changes if this auto reply email has been deleted.
